Certified school level multi-pronged interventions for students & teachers on digital education on wheels/smart learning in academic subjects, value added education, BALA, life skills, financial literacy and other community level holistic learning for parents. Home Based Digital Learning on blended approach during lockdown.

OIL Dikhya on Adult Education (Started in 2012-13)
Certified Classes based on govt. approved adult education syllabus. In addition, customized sessions on other important modules like women empowerment, health, hygiene, sanitation, awareness on available government schemes, child rearing, COVID-19, etc. are also taught to the elderly participants. In view of participants belonging to poor families mostly daily wage earners/tea garden workers, one day's wage as per govt. norms is provided to them as an incentive for attending the classes.

OIL Super 30 (Started in 2010-11)
Free residential coaching for Engineering Aspirants (with special focus on IITs and other reputed engineering institutions) from economically disadvantaged sections of the society at its 05 centers in Guwahati, Nagaon, Jorhat and Dibrugarh in Assam and Jodhpur in Rajasthan and Itanagar in Arunachal Pradesh. Since 2018 coaching for Medical entrance examinations at its Jorhat Centre was also added to the project.
- Engineering colleges 1,506 students (IITs: 454 nos.)
- Medical colleges: 121 students
- Rate of success more than 95 %.
