Development & Promotion of sports with focus on rural sports in OIL's operational areas For promotion & development of sports particularly rural sports, coaching/training and other assorted sporting events benefitting a large number of youth and the society at large.

• OIL Volleyball Mission (75 teams) & OIL Lakshya (37 centres)

Development of Sports Infrastructure in OIL's operational areas & Aspirational districts Development of playgrounds/ Sports persons Training and Rehabilitation Centre/construction of sports complex with other amenities, etc. benefitting a large number of youth and the society at large.
