General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) Training School (Started in 1991-92)
Residential 03 years Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM). The school is recognized by Assam Nurses' Midwives' and Health Visitors Council, Guwahati and Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi. Post three-year training in GNM, the students undergo one-year stipendiary Post Qualification Certificate Training (PQCT) in OIL Hospital followed by placement opportunities across reputed healthcare institutions of the Country.
- More than 430 nurses have successfully passed out from the Centre and are employed at various Govt., Semi-Govt. and private healthcare institutions across the Country

Centre of Excellence for Handicraft, Handloom & Entrepreneurship for Empowerment of Women under Oil India Rural Development Society
(Started as HTPC in 1984 on OIL’s Silver Jubilee Year. Upgraded to CoE in FY 2021-22)
A Centre of Excellence promoting various traditional art, craft & handloom of Assam & Arunachal Pradesh as well as entrepreneurship education at Duliajan based on hub & spoke model engaging large number of rural women artisans & weavers from various parts of OIL's operational districts thereby contributing towards their socio-economic empowerment. (E.g. promotion of environment friendly creative textiles, designs & craft forms).
