OIL Arogya
A multi-pronged healthcare approach for caring of new-born, maternal health & adolescent girls impacting IMR & MMR. The Project conducts pre & post-natal health check-ups, sensitizing women on maternal, child health and benefits of institutional delivery, counseling of pregnant women, immunization, training on community health for better hygiene with focus on menstrual health management, nutrition, sanitation, family planning, etc. Convergences with Govt. schemes and administering various tools of IEC/BCC.
- Benefitted 1,41,288 women, children and girls from rural areas

OIL Shakti (Started in 2020):
A community-based sanitary napkin production & marketing unit managed by women. Benefitted more than 8,500 women & adolescent girls
Promotion of Menstrual H&H amongst the vulnerable communities such as adolescent girls, pregnant women, lactating mothers & rural women in the reproductive age-group as well as men.
'OIL Shakti' endeavors to act upon the issues of (a) access, affordability & disposal (b) local production & community distribution (b) limited awareness (c) social stigma surrounding menstrual H&H.
Two nos. of community-based units under the brand name of ‘PAHI’ established. Till date both the units have produced 91,177 pads.
